Brand Name or Equal: The Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic, Charleston, SC [2222] has a requirement for blackout lights. The Government intends to award a firm- fixed price contract to a small business for the requirements listed below that will satisfy agency requirements. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the blackout lights that conform to Attachment 1. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a proposal which must: (1) Provides products in accordance with attached salient characteristics and drawing, Attachment 1 - 08018B4107-01 VID Blackout Lights; and (2) Provides descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, and clearly describes any modification that will be made to make the product quoted conform to the solicitation requirements. Mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modification. Quotes are due to Eleanor Lomeli, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 11 May 2020.
