As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ Notice of Intent: Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a contract to authorized reseller of Elearning Force Americas, 3742 Colliers Drive, Suite100, Edgewater, MD 21037, to procure software licenses and support the following: 001 /CLO-500 / License, Cloud LMS 365, Users 500, 1Year / QTY: 1 002 /CLO_STA-SUP / Support Technical/Standard, 1Year / QTY: 1 003 / ITS-EUM-LIC1-550 / License, Cloud External 365, Users 550, 1 Year/ QTY: 1 004 /CLO-PPD-50HR / Support, Operational/Testing, Post Implementation/Hours 50 / QTY: 1 The Elearning software licenses and support are required for continued sustainment of the Learning Management System capable of providing metrics, training delivery and housing the Training documentation and videos to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces Deployable Node Family of Systems (SDN) training program. Elearning Force Americas is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being procured and holds all proprietary rights to the equipment. The authority for soliciting from a brand name is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a brand name under authority of FAR 13.106-2. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
