The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC has a requirement for annual fluke fleet maintenance renewal. The Government intends to award a firm- fixed price contract to a Small Business for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. Fluke is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Fluke, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requested items. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes are due to Michelle Pierce Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, 6 November 2019. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
