This is an intended sole source announcement authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source in accordance with the attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ). Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Truestone, LLC. on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to refurbish and return to "A" condition three (3) AS-2815/SSR-1 antennas and one (1) TD-1063A/SSR-1 in support of LHA-8 High Speed Fleet Broadcast (HSFB). This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms, Period of Performance, Tax ID Number, Cage Code and POC email address. This action is conducted under authority of FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5M. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
