This action is to post a Full and Open Competition - Competitive RFQ Solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm- fixed price contract for the requirements listed below (see attachments). The contracting officer will verify the quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice Responses are due to Jason Volpi, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 04/05/2019.
