This is an intended sole source announcement authorized by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), 22130, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC., on a Firm- Fixed Purchase Order for software needed for creating the labels on our digital engraver and managing the RFID labels we generate. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms, Period of Performance, Tax ID Number, Cage Code and POC email address. The Government will accept quotes via email at Kendra.m.turner@navy.mil. Quotes are due by 17:00 September 20, 2019. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is 541519. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
