This is an intended sole source announcement authorized by statue FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i). Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, 22130, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Chugach Technical Solutions, LLC., on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for installation support in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms, Period of Performance, Tax ID Number, Cage Code and POC email address. The Government will accept quotes via email at kendra.m.turner@navy.mil and are due by 3:00PM EST on 9 August 2019. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD).
