Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis to Unique Communications Solutions, 1665 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, NV 89012 on a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for One Year for RTMS Integration Support, Yokosuka, Japan in accordance with attached PWS. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offer; however, the Government will consider all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Unique Communications Solutions is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the hardware configuration and proprietary software.
