Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY, INC., (DRT) 12409 MILESTONE CENTER DRIVE GERMANTOWN MD to repair receivers: RNR-1301C-BP, R&R for 1301C systems with Bent Pin repair issue, RMA No - 40289, SN 5214 RNR-4411B, R&R for 4411B systems, RMA No - 42090 , SN 398 RNR-4411B, R&R for 4411B systems, RMA No - 42063 , SN 637 RNR-4411B, R&R for 4411B systems, RMA No - 42062 , SN 163 DRT is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being procured and holds all proprietary rights to the equipment. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies and incidental services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
