The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC, code 22120 has a requirement for RF Digitizer repairs provided by Midwest Microwave Solutions Inc. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Midwest Microwave Solutions for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements Midwest Microwave is the sole manufacturer of the equipment to be repaired and holds proprietary rights. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***Please See Attached Specifications.*** This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Midwest Microwave listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the repairs to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. NIWC LANT Charleston intends to award a sole source to Midwest Microwave. However, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement. Quotes are due to Contract Specialist, NIWC, Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 07/3/2019. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
