The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2223 has a requirement for analytical services for regulatory evaluation of the drinking water at the facilities in Charleston, SC. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Eurofins Eaton Analytical, Inc. for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Eurofins Eaton Analytical, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Eurofins Eaton Analytical, Inc.; you must include a response that states you are an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify you are an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Eurofins Eaton Analytical, Inc. equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. However, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the ordering officer Miriam Johnson. Quotes are due to Miriam Johnson, Contract Specialist, NIWC, Atlantic by 15:00 Eastern Standard Time, 06/24/19. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
