Equal: The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic Charleston, SC [2222] has a requirement for the brackets (reference attachment - 20b AMEND 0003 Drawing 530304). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a small business for the requirements listed below who will satisfy agency requirements. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the required items. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a proposal which must: (1) provide pricing for material line items requested in Section 2; (2) Proposes only new, manufactured equipment, and provides manufacturer, part number, and description on all line items; and (3) Provides items that comply with the technical specifications identified in the RFQ Attachment 20b AMEND 0003 Drawing 530304. Quotes are due to Jason Volpi, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 8 May 2019. The Government will not pay for any information received.
