Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a Sole Source basis to Appian Corporation,11955 Democracy Drive, Suite 1700, Reston, VA 20190 Clin 0001 This requirement is for Appian customer training at their Reston, VA Appian Headquarters facility, for a 10-Day Designer training class for three students. This notice is a not a request for competitive quotes, it is a notice of intent, but the Government will accept quotes from all responsible Small Business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by Friday, 4/5/2019 by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution. Quotes shall include the following information: Solicitation Number: N65236-19-Q-0155, Payment Terms: FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Cage Code; POC e-mail address.
