ECOMMERCE ANNOUNCEMENT 10/24/2019 - Amendment 0003 has been issued for N65236-17-R-0002 to re-open the solicitation. Proposal submission instructions: Offerors must acknowledge Amendment 0003 via a signed SF 33. If no changes are necessary to the offeror's proposal, the offeror does not need to resubmit any of the previously submitted electronic files. If any changes are made to an offerors proposal, the entire proposal (i.e. all electronic files) must be resubmitted following the instructions in L-TXT-16 and received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 31 Oct 2019. Offerors must start the uploading process in sufficient time to complete the entire transmission prior to the closing date and time for receipt of proposals under the solicitation. It is preferred offerors' proposal submission files be compressed (zipped) into one, ZIP file entitled "PROPOSAL.ZIP" using WinZip version 17.5 or greater. Late proposals will not be accepted. No further questions will be answered for this solicitation. Revisions to various Q&A and 2 additional Q&A are also included. 10/23/2019 – The solicitation will be re-opened in order to correct inconsistencies between the solicitation and the questions & answers documents posted on e-Commerce (ex. resume submissions, etc.). The forthcoming amendment will include all proposal submission instructions. 10/23/19 - An extension to the proposal due date/time will not be granted. 10/18/2019 - Added additional question and response, clarified prior responses, and posted Amendment 0002 along with revised Attachment 4. 10/16/2019 - Posted the Government's response to the un-answered questions posted on 10/11/2019, clarified prior responses, and added additional questions and responses. 10/11/2019 - Posted Government response to questions 20-254. The final PWS will be updated to reflect the security clearance requirements in the final RFP. 07/09/2018: Amended to include Industry Day slides and Question and Answer results. 06/15/2018: Amended to add DRAFT PWS for review. 06/26/2018: Pre-Acquisition Planning Industry Day for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) 8(a) Incubator. 1. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic will hold a Pre-Acquisition Planning Industry Day for Solicitation N65236-17-R-0002 on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 0830-1100. The Industry Day will be held at the Red Bank Club, 2316 Red Bank Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445. 2. The purpose of this industry day is to: 1) provide specific information on the anticipated requirements for the 8(a) Incubator procurement; and 2) provide prospective offerors with an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the Government. 3. Attendee limitation: Due to limited seating and parking, prospective offerors will be limited to three attendees per company. If you plan on attending, please register no later than 1600 on 21 June 2018. A link for registration will be provided. 4. The industry day will include presentations from both contracting and technical personnel involved with the 8(a) Incubator requirement. There will also be a question and answer session at the conclusion of the presentations. 5. Attendance at the industry day is NOT a requirement and in no way prohibits any company from submitting a proposal in response to any forthcoming solicitation. Further, prospective offerors are not required to attend the industry day in order to obtain presentation material or submit questions.
