The contractor must supply and install one prefabricated modular in-plant classroom, measuring 15’x20’ with a 9’ to 12’ ceiling, plus an independent HVAC system, inside the Motor Transport Building at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor in Silverdale, WA (2106 Scorpion Avenue). The classroom must include electrical outlets, LED lighting, ethernet ports, a locking entrance door, and comply with accessibility and safety codes. The contractor is responsible for delivery, on-site assembly, internal electrical connections, stamped engineered drawings, maintenance documentation, and an operational test with government oversight. All work must be completed within six months from contract award.
