The Navy requires procurement and installation of one prefabricated modular in-plant classroom (15'x20', 9'-12' ceiling) with an independent HVAC system, to be placed on an existing concrete slab inside the Motor Transport Building. All work will be performed at Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor, 2106 Scorpion Avenue, Silverdale, WA. The contractor must deliver and complete installation within six months of contract award, including engineered stamped drawings, an HVAC operational test, and training. The classroom must meet ADA, fire, and electrical safety codes, with specified outlets, LED lighting, ethernet ports, a locking entrance door, and more. Installation work occurs weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Pacific, excluding federal holidays.
