This opportunity requires a vendor to design and build a Microsoft 365/Flank Speed application—using SharePoint Online and Power Platform—to replace a legacy Microsoft Access 2003 warehouse and inventory management system for SWFPAC. The scope includes system architecture, a Power Apps interface, Power Automate workflows, approval routing, document generation, transaction logging, and archival capabilities. The vendor will work with synthetic test data only, since no live data access will be provided, and the internal team will handle the actual data migration using the vendor’s guidance. Performance will be 100% remote at the vendor’s facility, with no travel or on-site presence required. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from contract award.
