The contractor will provide one calendar year of life-cycle support for Honeywell Vindicator V3 intrusion detection systems at SWFPAC, including 24/7 advanced technical support for up to 15 incidents, firmware and license maintenance, and two on-site technical support visits. Work will be performed at SWFPAC facilities on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, WA, with contractor personnel requiring escorted base access and adherence to security, safety, and operational requirements. System changes must maintain compliance with ICD 705 and UL2050 standards. The period of performance runs from 27 September 2026 to 26 September 2027, with an option year from 27 September 2027 to 26 September 2028.
