SWFLANT intends to issue a competitive solicitation for contractor-furnished marine operations at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. The contractor must furnish vessels, equipment, qualified marine personnel, management, maintenance, repair, inspections, readiness support, and associated waterfront services for scheduled, unscheduled, emergent, and after-hours movement evolutions. The anticipated single Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be performance-based and will include a one-month phase-in period, an 11-month base period, and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide and sustain operational capability, including contingency and severe-weather support, throughout the period of performance.
