NSWCPD seeks contract support for engineering, technical, installation, and testing services on Naval vessels for ship control systems, including LHD/LHA/LCC and MCM 1 systems. The work supports hardware/software technical refresh, SCS-Gov technology improvements, and global ship homeports, while maintaining operational readiness and integrating improvements into in-service and new-construction configurations. Division 52 services require engineering and technical personnel and facilities coordinated with logistics, program management, hardware/software developers, and cybersecurity personnel. This is a SeaPort-NxG requirement and a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals.
