This is a competitive Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort task order under the SeaPort-NxG MAC for engineering, technical, programmatic, and software development support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) for Submarine C4I and HM&E systems. The scope includes engineering design, hardware prototype fabrication, SUBSAFE/Level I quality assurance compliance, life-cycle software development (CMMI Level 3 equivalent), and direct OCONUS fleet support. Performance includes support for NSWCPD and OCONUS locations in Japan, Guam, and Diego Garcia.
