This requirement is for engineering and technical services to maintain and improve navigation systems for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The work will be performed for the Ship Navigation System, NCDS and Navy ECDIS Controls Branch (Code 541) in Philadelphia. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Task Order competed among all SeaPort-NxG MAC holders.
