This procurement is limited to SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract holders and will be competed among all MAC holders on an unrestricted basis. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Code 513, requires contractual support for modernization-engineering, life cycle, and in-service engineering support to meet readiness and safety criteria. The support includes computer program development, systems engineering, testing, equipment harvesting, integrated logistic support, waterfront support, and installation for new ship construction and in-service ships for CVN68, CVN78, Columbia, FF(X), Amphibious ships, USCG cutters, FMS vessels, and other new ship classes. This applies to Machinery Control Systems, Damage Control Systems, and Network Systems. The resulting award will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) SeaPort-NxG Task Order.
