The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for control systems server material for LCS Class ships. The Government intends to make the award in Fiscal Year 2026. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, based on the justification that Northrop Grumman is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing via a specified email address.
