The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source contract to Curtiss Wright Steam and Air Solutions for proprietary OEM hardware components and support services for propulsion turbine rotors and overhaul kits. The Government intends to make the award prior to the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The contractor, located in Summerville, SC, will provide components as part of the Steam Critical Spares Program. This is a first-time procurement, and the Government believes Curtiss-Wright is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirements.
