This opportunity is for a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, firm-fixed price contract to provide high-impact shock and shipboard vibration environmental qualification testing services. The contract will be awarded on an unrestricted, best-value basis to a single responsible offeror. The ordering period runs from the date of award through 60 months, with individual task order periods of performance not exceeding 72 months from contract award. The minimum order value is $3,000, satisfied by the first task order. Performance will be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in Philadelphia, PA.
