The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement order to Rockwell Automatic Inc. of Cleveland, OH for PACS Shipboard Material II on a sole-source basis. The award is planned for the first quarter of FY27 as a follow-on procurement. Rockwell is identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting the Navy’s requirements, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing via email to Kimesha Speller for consideration in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
