The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order to Rockwell Automatic Inc. for Common Compressor Controllers. The Government intends to make the award in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. This is a follow-on procurement, and the Government believes Rockwell Automatic is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement. While this is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to the Government.
