The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure twenty-two (22) Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-3350 (P/N: SEL RTAC SEL-3350#53MY) on a Brand Name basis using a total small-business set aside. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. All items MUST be Brand Name. No substitutions will be accepted.
