The Naval Foundry & Propeller Center require sand removal service. NFPC has two vaults in need of empting in order for supervision to repurpose the vaults. The vaults once used for silica sand transportation cannot be utilized in the same manner due to current silo upgrade. The contractor shall remove bulk sand from two (2) vaults that measure approximately 240” Length x 120” Width x 120” Height, approximately total of 252 ton of sand. The contractor is required to follow confined space requirements. The contractor shall only provide confined space trained workers.
