Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

NSWCPD requires purchase of scaffolding services, with details provided in the attached RFQ and Statement of Work. Quotes must include a Level 1 CMMC evaluation, an authorized reseller letter, and must match the RFQ line item description to be considered. Pricing must include shipping and be firm-fixed-price under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. Each quote must also include at least one of the following: a published price list, past Navy invoices for same/similar items, or past industry invoices for same/similar items.
