This notice documents a planned sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order to Rockwell Automation, Inc. for PACS materials supporting the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division. The Government intends to make the award in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 as part of a follow-on procurement. Rockwell Automation is identified as the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy’s requirements for the specified materials under FAR 6.302 authority. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability. Any information received will generally be considered only for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
