The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is issuing the attached RFP for commercial depot level repair and upgrade of LM2500 Turbine Mid Frames (TMF), a subset of U.S. Navy LM2500 Single Shank Turbine (SST) Gas Generator Assemblies (GGA). This solicitation is expected to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The ordering period is anticipated to be sixty (60) months and the period of performance is anticipated to be seventy-two (72) months.
