The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fix Fee (CPFF) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract providing Submarine Fiberglass Fabrication and Repair as described in Section Cresulting from this solicitation. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection process. The intended resulting Contract shall have an ordering period from date of contract award through five (5) years thereafter.
