This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional infomraiton included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Commercial supplies on a Sole Source Basis from Carahsoft Technology. The software needed under this requirement are currently available under DOD ESI BPA contract N66001-24-A-0034 The proposed contraction is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106.
