The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order to Rockwell Automation Inc. for PACS, with award planned for the 4th quarter of FY26. Performance will be at Rockwell’s location in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a follow-on procurement, and the government considers Rockwell the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirement.
