The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division(NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement to procure Aveva Brand Name InTouch softwarement in support of an technology refresh. It is the Government's intention to procure this on a competitive basis. Accordingly, NSWCPD is requesting information from any and all interestedsources in order to make an informed determination regarding procurementstrategy. Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the requirement stated above. Responding statements are not to exceed three (3) pages in length. Responses shall be inelectronic format (Microsoft Word or PDF preferred). A cover page for theresponse shall be included. The cover page shall include the company name,address, CAGE Code, Business Size Status for North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) code 513210 and points of contact (names, email,and telephone numbers) at a minimum. The cover page is not considered in thetotal page count. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be sent to Contract Specialist Shawn Waters at shawn.m.waters11.civ@us.navy.mil." All responses must be submitted by no later than 3:00 PM EST on 18 June 2025. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as acommitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking oraccepting unsolicited proposals. Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this pre-solicitation notice, and the Government will not compensate the respondent forany cost incurred in developing the response to this pre-solicitation. TheGovernment will not release any information marked with a proprietary legendreceived in response to this pre-solicitation to any firms, agencies or individualsoutside the Government without written permission in accordance with thelegend.
