The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure AN/BST-1 Explosive Bolt Cable in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by COB 12 May 2025. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the RFQ and attachments will be sent out to the email listed point of contact.
