The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure Shock and Vibration qualification testing in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by COB 17 December 2024. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification, the RFQ and attachments will be sent out to the email listed point of contact. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
