This procurement action will result in a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Contract shall be established with one (1) base year and four (4) out years. The Contract shall have an ordering period from date of Contract award through sixty (60) months thereafter. The Period of Performance shall be from date of Contract award through seventy-two (72) months thereafter. Actual rental quantities will be procured via issuance of Task Orders (TOs). The contractor shall be responsible for providing the forklifts and reach trucks and removing them from the facility at the end of the rental period. All forklifts and reach trucks must have four (4) certified lift pads to lift them via crane, if necessary.
