The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Intends to execute Rolling Admissions into its current Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) program for performance of the following services: Commercial depot level overhaul of US Navy, US Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command and Foreign Military Navy LM2500 Power Turbine Assemblies (PTAs) and National Stock Number (NSN) 2S 2835-01-032-9124.� The LM2500 PTA was designed and manufactured by General Electric (GE) and is utilized by the US Navy as the MGT engine aboard over 300 surface combatants including CG-47, DDG-51 and LCS-2 Class ships. This contemplated contract action will be conducted on a full and open competition basis. Potential awardees must be an established commercial overhaul depot with GE Level IV licensure or equivalent. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) for the required services is included in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for contract award.
