The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for four (4) Level I Drum Shafts in accordance with NAVSEA drawings. This requirement will utilize FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, procedures and is being solicited on a full and open competition basis. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the technical drawing and technical manual listed in Request for Proposal (RFP) Section C, Statement of Work (SOW) Section 2.0, shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to kristen.m.cella.civ@us.navy.mil by 05 April 2024. Upon receipt of the JCP, drawings will be sent via DoDSafe to the email listed as the point of contact. Any questions related to this requirement shall be submitted to kristen.m.cella.civ@us.navy.mil within fourteen (14) days of this posting. Please note, RFP N6449824R4045 was released in the procurement system on 3/22, but was not posted to industry as the RFP included two (2) minor errors, as follows: 1) Closing time was incorrect; and 2) Minor typo in the Paragraph M.2 of Section M. As such, Amendment 0001 was released on 3/26 to correct these two issues. Please utilize Attachment 1 - Conformed Copy of RFP N6449824R4045 to view the most up to date version of the RFP. Attachment 2 - RFP dated 22 March 2024 and Attachment 3 - RFP Amendment 0001 dated 26 March 2024 are provided for required signature (Reference Section L.3.4.1 of the RFP)
