*Amendment 0001 posted on 14 December 2023 to address questions received and provide minor updates to Section L* This is a solicitation notice for a non-commercial supply purchase being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of Pulper and Shredder Processing Equipment for US Navy ships. Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be considered for award. See https://.sam.gov/ for further information and instructions. Due to file size constraints, Attachment 1 – Pulper-Shredder Drawings of Record (Inclusive is Attachments 1a through 1g) will solely be available upon written request. Requests for Attachment 1 shall be made within five (5) days of solicitation issuance and will be released using DoD SAFE.
