The SOW 3.1.7.16.24 has been revised to state SHIPSET instead of 1st training set. Q24: The language in SOW 3.1.7.1.3 has hereby been updated in accordance with Clauses L-227-H002 and L-227-H001 to “The Contract shall be appraised at a CMMI maturity level three (3) or equivalent.” Q29: SOW section 3.1.6.10.4 has been updated to state “3.1.6.10.4 The Contractor has two options regarding holding of the material line items. 1) The Contractor must agree with holding the material line item and NOT invoicing for it until availability is identified to ship the material to a Govt. facility/location. (at this point the Contractor still owns the item); or, 2) The Contractor invoices the material line item and it is then converted to GFP and is stored at the Contractor's facility.
