The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia (NSWCPD) is soliciting for the intended award of a competitive Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) type Contract for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center for Engineering Services, Support Services, Material Management and Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Services. Under the proposed contract, the contractor shall provide all of the necessary maintenance parts, equipment, tools, and services to develop and execute a preventative and corrective maintenance program ensuring the continued operational condition (90% or greater) of NFPC’s large CNC machines and the ancillary equipment serving those machines. This includes any support equipment needed for the machine to operate, not including any provided utilities. Support equipment includes, but is not limited to, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cutting Coolant Filtration Systems, Conveyors, etc. This SOW outlines general requirements, which will be further defined in each Technical Instruction (TI) requirement. All deliverables shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). See Section C, Statement of Work, in the attached Solicitiation for further details.
