The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is soliciting for the repair requirement of the LM2500 Marine Gas Turbine (MGT) High Pressure Turbine (HPT) Stage 1 Blades, Stage 2 Blades, Stage 1 Nozzles, and Stage 2 Nozzles for the Single Shank Turbine (SST) configurations on behalf of the NAVSEA05Z 2SCOG Program. The Blades & Nozzles to be repaired are critical to the operation of the main propulsion boilers and turbines of the LM2500 MGT SST, which is utilized by the US Navy as the main propulsion gas turbine engine aboard CG-27, DDG-51 and LCS-2 class ships. The aforementioned Blades and Nozzles must be repaired to ensure that the 2SCOG program does not “stock out” of available ready-for-issue (RFI) assets. The potential awardee will be responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements that shall be specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
