Specifically, this procurement is for Vent Core. This is a permeable woven tube, used in the mold venting process at NFPC. The purpose of these vents at NFPC is to prevent gas buildup in molds, which causes defects. The Vent Core will assure that gas defects are minimal and mold making production runs smoothly and efficient.

Vent core tubing diameter size is ¾-inch no other diameter is acceptable. This request is for multiple quantities of ¾ x 200ft roll of vent core. The contractor shall deliver the entire material CLIN amount in accordance with section 3.1. There are no partial deliveries allowed per line item. The contractor shall ensure the price of delivery is included in the unit prices; NFPC does not take responsibility for method of delivery. The contractor shall not ship any Options unless the specified CLIN is exercised.
