The contractor shall fabricate/manufacture the following component in accordance with the applicable drawing requirements: Drum Shaft External Spanner Nut (SUBSAFE) 8713950 Rev - P/N 8713950 NOTE: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure Drum Shaft External Spanner Nut (SUBSAFE) in accordance with NAVSEA drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via email to the contact below by 7 December 2023. Upon receipt of the JCP Certification and end of pre-solicitation period, the RFQ will be sent out, along with a separate email of the drawings to the email listed point of contact and location.
