Amendment 0002 Answers additional contractor questions, revises SOW Section 3.3 about anti-rust coating, revises delivery date to 11 weeks after date of award, and extends solicitation response date to COB 13 May 2024. Contractors MUST sign this amendment. Amendment 0001 Answers contractor questions. Contractors MUST sign this amendment. The contractor shall procure material in order to fabricate and assemble eight (8) each custom jack stands in accordance with section 2.0 drawling 1420-0374 Machining Jack Stand material list. The contractor shall not deviate from required parts list on drawing. The fabrication shall be in accordance with requirements annotated within the general notes, fabrication notes, welding notes, and assembly notes listed on drawing 1420-0374. The contractor shall not deviate from the drawing specifications. Shipping shall be included in final price; NFPC does not take responsibility for method of delivery. The contractor shall deliver the eight Jack Stands to NFPC on or before 11 weeks after date of award.
