Amendment 0001 This amendment answers a couple contractor questions. Contractors are not required to sign/submit this amendment with their quotes. ____________________ Contractors must abide by the terms and conditions in RFQ N6449824Q4046 (attached to this notice). Responses are due no later than COB 8/19/2024. NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THIS REQUIREMENT. FORKLIFTS MUST BE ON-SITE NO LATER THAN 9/3/24. Contract is estimated to be awarded on 8/23/24. This procurement action will result in a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract. The Period of Performance shall be from date of Contract award through six (6) months thereafter. The contractor shall provide the sixteen (16) forklifts/reach trucks of the capacities and quantities as noted in the chart in Statement of Work Section 1.2. Pricing must be provided for the six (6) month period for each capacity forklift and reach truck. The contractor shall be responsible for providing the forklifts and reach trucks and removing them from the facility at the end of the rental period. All forklifts and reach trucks must have four (4) certified lift pads to lift them via crane, if necessary.
