The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, has a requirement to procure a spare LM2500 Power Turbine (HPT) under an existing basic ordering agreement and intends to issue a solicitation to a specified vendor to meet mission requirements. This Sources Sought notice is for market research only, does not constitute a Request for Proposal, and is not a promise or commitment to contract. Interested respondents should submit capability statements addressing their ability to provide the required services as detailed in the attached draft statement of work. Responses must be unclassified electronic submissions, preferably Microsoft Word or PDF, limited to ten pages excluding a cover page that includes company name, address, CAGE code, business size status, and points of contact.
